Credit Program Guidelines

If your application is approved, your Buell Fuels Local Gas Credit Card will provide you with convenient access to discounted fuel pricing at participating Local Gas locations, with purchases billed weekly through your designated bank account.

Please review the following account terms:

• Purchases made during the week will be paid through an ACH withdrawal from your designated checking or savings account each Tuesday for the previous week’s transactions.

• A finance charge of 2% per month may be applied to any outstanding balance that remains unpaid for more than 30 days.

• Past-due accounts may be referred to a collection agency and may be subject to additional collection, processing, search, and service fees.

• Returned ACH payments are subject to a $30 returned payment fee.

Privacy Notice

The information you provide in this application is collected solely for the purpose of evaluating and processing your credit card application, establishing your account, and administering account services. Your information will be reviewed only by authorized Buell Fuels and Local Gas personnel who require access to perform these functions. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. All information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data security practices.
